I’m at my best when I’m helping teams define product direction, understand user behavior, and turn complex problems into clear, usable solutions. My work sits at the intersection of business goals, user needs, and execution, with a particular focus on consumer-facing and travel products where trust, clarity, and conversion matter.
 

Throughout my career, I’ve gravitated toward roles that require both analytical thinking and creative problem-solving. I’m comfortable diving deep into research, partnering closely with product and engineering teams, and rapidly prototyping ideas to validate assumptions before significant development investment. I care deeply about how decisions are made, not just what gets built.

I bring a strong business foundation to my design work, shaped by years in content strategy, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Content strategy taught me how structure, language, and hierarchy shape understanding which I now apply to my information design and UX copy to help products communicate clearly and reduce cognitive load. My marketing background deepened my intuition around human behavior and purchasing decisions which now informs more empathetic, intuitive user experiences. And having also built and operated businesses myself, I design with a clear understanding of real-world constraints around time, resources, and focus which ensures my solutions are not just thoughtful, but also practical and buildable.​

Today, my work centers on product strategy and UX leadership, guiding teams through complex online checkout flows and user dashboards. I use modern AI-assisted tools to accelerate discovery, explore multiple solution paths, and create realistic, development-ready prototypes, including edge cases and error states, so teams can align quickly and build with confidence.

Outside of work, I find inspiration through travel, hands-on creative projects, and time spent exploring with my dog. I also have a soft spot for restoring my 1930s bungalow; a reminder that quality systems, thoughtful design, and patience go a long way.
