User Interface Design

Messaging center

UX/UI refresh of existing tool

This project resolved key UX and UI issues in an existing internal tool while introducing new functionality. The redesigned solution improved:

  • Visibility of multiple inboxes

  • Prioritization of messages based on age of message

  • A streamlined view of recipient profiles, enabling internal users to work efficiently from a single screen

Dashboard

Develop new user portal

The goal of this project was to design a dashboard that empowers users to manage all account-related activities. The process—spanning profile completion, credentialing, and job applications—is long and detailed, so the UI needed to be highly intuitive and incorporate gamified elements to keep users engaged.

Future phases will introduce a message center for direct communication and access to additional resources.
