UX/UI refresh of existing tool
This project corrected UX and UI issues of an existing internal tool while adding new functionality. The new design addressed:

Multiple inbox visibility

Message prioritization based on time

Enhanced view of message recipient's profile including position and credentialing details to enable internal users to work from a single screen

Develop new user portal
The goal of this project was to create a dashboard where users could manage all activities associated with their account starting with completing their profile, then stepping them through the credentialing process, and ultimately applying for jobs.
Future phases would include incorporating a message center for direct communication and providing additional resources.

This refresh addressed UI improvements in the following areas:

Incorporated anew user flows based on a user's account

Improved job detail visibility

Added labels to job cards to indicate different statuses including showing which jobs have been previously applied for

Refreshing this job details page was an extension of redesigning the job board. The UI improvements for this screen included:

Clear visualization of rate details

Adding additional fields for more information

Including similar jobs without needing to navigate back to the main job board
